The Bronzeman won't sell a sculpture unless he speaks with the client. For this reason, we don't have shopping
carts or click and purchase features on our website.

We know that having your sculpture arrive safely begins with crating. Therefore, we only use the professionals
at Whaling West Packaging in Newbury Park, CA. Their expertise ensures proper protection from the trials and tribulations of shipping.

In our 30 years of experience, Bronzeman has developed relationships with reliable shipping companies that guarantee a safe delivery. Our large volume of shipments allows us to offer our clients discounted shipping rates.

• In stock items are usually processed and packaged within 48 hours-including holidays and weekends.
  You can expect delivery time between 1-2 weeks.
• If you prefer, you can arrange to have your own shipping company pick up your order at our foundry.
• Ask about our free delivery and installations to residents in Southern California.

 

 

bronzeman return & cancellation policy

• Your satisfaction with any bronze purchase is the key to our success.
• All items in original condition, with the exception of custom works of art, can be returned by buyer for
  exchange, replacement or credit within 14 days of delivery, less the shipping and handling charges.
• All items must be returned in the original packaging and customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
• Custom works of art are non-refundable.
• In the unlikely event your sculpture arrives damaged, we offer replacement or refund. In this situation, the
  damaged item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We would pay the return freight.
